Change Fonts on Android

iFont
iFont is a popular that allows to change the fonts, primarily for Samsung, XiaoMi (MIUI), Meizu,HuaWei(Emotion UI) phones (no root permission needed). This also works on HTC, Sony & Motorola devices (with root permission). Just follow these steps:

  • You'll need to allow installation of app from unkown sources. To enable this option go to Settings > Security > Enable Unkown Sources.
  • Go to Play Store and install iFont on your smartphone.
  • Launch iFont and choose your language.
  • Tap on the font you would like to install.
  • Tap the Download button.
  • Now you can Tap the Set button to change the font right now. Or you can change it anytime from Settings > Display > Font Style.
  • Tap on the new font name to use it as your system font. Don't worry, you can change it anytime.
  • If you have TrueType fonts on your PC then move it to your Android device to use it on your smartphone. You'll need to root your phone to install any custom fonts. After rooting, move the [TTF] fonts to Device Storage > iFont > Custom. Make sure your fonts is tested, to avoid font substitution.
